As a physiotherapy practice we not only want to treat your sports injuries to ensure you come back stronger and harder, we also know that life sometimes has its hazards and will get you and your stiff back up and at ’em in no time. We also want to ensure that you are using the correct techniques to avoid these injuries and assist with recovery massages or stress releasing relaxing massages that we all need every once in a while.

About Our Physio:
As an avid Sportswoman, Tarryn not only knows the effort that goes into getting ready for your next event, be it your first 5km run to a 200km grueling cycle but also the frustration of those small niggles that you leave until they are too late.
With a keen knowledge base of a variety of sports, Tarryn will help you to get to your optimum level of performance to achieve your goals. Be it in with regards to conditioning and strength, injury prevention, injury treatment or simple recovery massages.
Her passion ranges from watersports, representing her province at Waterpolo, to outdoor endurance and ultra-distance events, Mountain biking Cycling, Paddling, Hockey, Rock Climbing, you name it, she’s tried it. she has also had the privilege to be the team physio of a winning A level Club Rugby Side and involved in various School First Aid and Physiotherapy Teams.
